These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and msia8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website located at msia8.cam and all associated services, products, features, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By accessing msia8.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and msia8. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific promotion or game rules, the more specific rules shall prevail for that context.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Bonus Funds	Promotional credits added to an account wallet that are subject to turnover requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
Turnover / Rollover	The total wagering amount required to be placed before bonus funds or certain deposits become eligible for withdrawal.
Self-Exclusion	A voluntary restriction placed on an account at the player's request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely.

Access to and participation in the msia8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Registration on the Platform constitutes your representation that all of the following conditions are met:

• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of msia8 or its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously had an account on msia8 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks and responsible gambling requirements, msia8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All accounts are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days, showing your name and residential address.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the msia8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or manipulate betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.

All content on the msia8 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, odds data, promotional materials, and the overall design and architecture of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of msia8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express written consent of msia8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, msia8, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Financial losses arising from gambling outcomes, including but not limited to losses on sports bets, casino games, or lottery products.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

msia8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

msia8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime is suspected.
• A player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require the restriction of services in a given jurisdiction.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance (net of any outstanding turnover obligations) will be paid out to the verified payment method on the account within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, subject to KYC completion and fraud clearance.

msia8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Where changes are material, msia8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a modification, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with Section 14 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which msia8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to msia8's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must contact our support team at [email protected] with a written description of the nature of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. msia8 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by our licensing authority. The use of the Platform by players in Malaysia does not modify or affect the governing jurisdiction as stated herein.
